The Pittsburgh Steelers are set to face the toughest test of their season thus far, as they place their spotless record on the line when they face off against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. The Titans themselves have yet to taste defeat this season, and this is thanks in large part to the awesome play of star running back Derrick Henry. For his part, Steelers DB Minkah Fitzpatrick seems to have found the key to containing the in-form Henry.

In a recent press conference, Fitzpatrick shared how they intend to try and stop the Tennessee RB:

“That’s the key, stopping him before he gets into the secondary”, Fitzpatrick said, via Steelers.com (h/t Matthew Marczi of Steelers Depot). “He’s a big guy. It’s harder for people to gang tackle him to the ground. We don’t want him to get into the open field, so we’ve just got to keep him contained, from north and south, east and west, getting multiple people on him. That’s what you’ve got to do to stop a guy like him”.

That's spot-on analysis from Fitzpatrick, and on paper, it does sound like a good plan. Then again, executing it correctly is an altogether different matter.

What Minkah Fitzpatrick said here isn't exactly revolutionary, so its likely that other teams have also tried this tactic against the the Titans Pro-Bowler. Not many have found success against Henry thus far, however, and Fitzpatrick and Co. will hope to be the first this season.

Otherwise, they may just end up like Josh Norman.
