Washington Nationals star Juan Soto won the Home Run Derby on Monday night. Lucky for him, aside from the trophy, he also got another award for his victory: Bad Bunny's championship bling!

Bad Bunny, who presented the Home Run Derby trophy to Soto as well, added the extra gift to congratulate the youngster. The rapper took off the bling and put it around Soto's neck in a rather wholesome moment during an interview.

Juan Soto sure looked like he loved the bling, though. In his postgame presser, he can be seen still wearing it proudly. And who wouldn't?

The Nationals youngster is already considered one of the best hitters in Major League Baseball, and he certainly improved that status with Monday's win. He defeated Seattle Mariners rookie Julio Rodriguez in the finals to claim his first Derby title, albeit in a rather close affair 19-18.

Rodríguez beat Pete Alonso in the second round, ending his quest for a three-peat after winning the competition in 2019 and 2021. However, it might have taken a toll on him after hitting 31 homers.

It is certainly nice to see Soto making headlines for a different reason this time around. The young outfielder has been the talk of the town because of his contract situation with the Nationals. After he and Washington failed to reach a new deal, there have been rumors Soto could be on the move next.

For a brief period on Monday, at least the focus was on Soto's hitting brilliance and why he's considered one of the best talents in MLB.
