Hall of Fame big man Shaquille O'Neal and Utah Jazz star Rudy Gobert made headlines after the pair rekindled their beef yet again of late. After catching wind of Shaq's comments about not being able to guard him, Gobert fired back with a statement saying that he would “lock his a– up.” For his part, Charles Barkley is loving all this action.

On Monday's NBA on TNT broadcast, Barkley could not help but add fuel to the flame by discussing the issue at hand. Naturally, Sir Charles picked Gobert in a potential 1-on-1 match, likely to spite his long-time nemesis in Shaq:

“He's gonna hurt kids in the stands blocking yo shot,” Barkley said.

O'Neal is adamant that he would be able to dominate Gobert in a hypothetical 1-on-1 game. The Los Angeles Lakers icon is overly confident that he would cook Gobert if they faced off on the basketball court — assuming that this was during Shaq's prime, of course.

Barkley is clearly having a lot of fun with this and he has the entire studio laughing. Even Shaq himself could not help but bust out in laughter as Sir Charles tried his best to cheer on the Jazz center. Hilarious.
