Joe Johnson will work out for the Detroit Pistons, Milwaukee Bucks and Brooklyn Nets next week fresh off an MVP and championship trophy in the BIG3, according to Dave McMenamin of ESPN.

Johnson worked out for the Philadelphia 76ers last week and is also drawing interest from the Los Angeles Clippers and Denver Nuggets.

Joe Johnson last played in the NBA in 2017-18, appearing in 55 games with the Utah Jazz and Houston Rockets. A seven-time NBA All-Star, Johnson has career NBA averages of 16.0 points in 1,276 games with the Boston Celtics, Phoenix Suns, Atlanta Hawks, Nets, Miami Heat, Jazz and Rockets.

Iso Joe hit the game-winning shot in the BIG3 championship game on Sunday at Staples Center, right in front of Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James. At this point, it would be a surprise if Johnson isn't on an NBA team soon.

He may not be the scorer he once was, but Johnson can still give you 15 to 20 points per game depending on his role and how many minutes he plays. Johnson played for the Nets from 2012-15, so he has familiarity with the organization.

The 38-year-old NBA vet has made a ton of money in his career. Now, the former star is looking to make an impact on a playoff team, most likely in a bench role.
