BBBB: Big Ballers Buyers beware.

For those who shelled out money to pre-order a pair of Lonzo Ball’s ZO2 Prime shoes, they should be expecting a different-looking product than the one they were originally tried to buy. The sports apparel has announced on Thursday that the ZO2 Prime model is set to undergo minimal changes that would result in what the outfit is describing as the lightest basketball shoes ever made.

The ZO2 Prime didn’t come lightly to the pocket of those who have already ordered, however. A pair will set you back by either $495 or $695 or probably enough money to feed a poor country’s family for a half a year. Understandably, there are some customers who will not find this piece of news very welcoming and might want to get their money back.

Big Baller Brand CEO LaVar Ball is open to the idea of people going after refunds, but he also wants them to know that he doesn’t care according to ESPN’s Darren Rovell.

CEO LaVar Ball said he isn't concerned that people who ordered the original model will ask for a refund.

“What happens if you ordered a 2017 diesel, and I came out and told you, sight unseen, that I was giving you a 2018 Bugatti for the same price?” Ball said. “You wouldn't ask for a refund.”

At the end of the day, we are just hoping that the money LaVar used to buy his friend a new truck wasn’t tied to the profit his company is going to make from the ZO2 Prime. The last thing we want to hear is LaVar taking back the man’s truck because he no longer has the money to pay for the vehicle.
