It's safe to say that former NBA small forward Matt Barnes isn't a fan of Philadelphia 76ers swingman Jimmy Butler.

Jimmy Butler was finally traded by the Minnesota Timberwolves Saturday. After Friday night's loss to the Sacramento Kings, Butler — a four-time All-Star — told local reporters he's playing too many minutes.

Matt Barnes, upon seeing Butler's comments, didn't waste any time sharing his feelings about the matter on Instagram.

Butler's reputation has been taking hit after hit ever since he requested a trade from the Timberwolves. He didn't play at all during the preseason, verbally challenged Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins in practice, and sat out games this season for precautionary rest.

Barnes was a rugged player during his playing career. He was one of the toughest players and never made excuses. It's pretty easy to see why he's taking issue to Butler complaining about minutes, especially considering Butler is making over $18 million this season.

Butler got his wish in the end. He's now a member of the Sixers. With Butler in the mix, Philadelphia has a good chance to advance to the NBA Finals. A Big Three of Butler, Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid should be able to do some damage.
