That unruly fan aka red pants guy who ran onto the court on Monday night in Game 4 between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Washington Wizards will be banned from the Capitol One Arena (h/t to MSE). Aside from being slapped with a lifetime ban and getting a huge sack from the Capitol One Arena Special Police, the DC MPD will be pursuing charges against the rowdy individual.

I hope he feels comfortable in those pants given that he might be spending the night in prison.

Red pants guy stormed the court during the second half which momentarily stopped the ball game. Before doing anything crazy, the fan was tackled by the security and was directly taken out of the arena. Fortunately, no one was attacked or hurt during the incident.

Seriously, what is up with all these fans lately?

Just the other day, Wizards star Russell Westbrook was doused by a bucket of popcorn in Game 2 on the road in Philly. Atlanta Hawks young star Trae Young was spat at in another playoff game in MSG against the New York Knicks and, more recently, an empty water bottle was thrown at Kyrie Irving as the Brooklyn Nets star was given a not-so-warm welcome from his former team the Boston Celtics.

It's been a rough calendar year for everyone, being locked in during a crazy pandemic. But, this shouldn't give anyone a reason to ruin the game we all love and disrespect the players we all admire. With fans slowly being allowed inside arenas, everyone should chill the heck out and just enjoy the game.

Hey red pants guy, was all the attention worth it?
