After the Portland Trail Blazers' Game 1 upset of the Los Angeles Lakers, NBA legend Charles Barkley predicted the outcome of the series by pulling out a broom.

The Blazers took Game 1 of their first-round series against the Lakers, 100-93. While a lot can still happen in the series, Barkley seemed confident that Portland will not only stun the basketball world by booting out the powerhouse squad, but also doing it in a convincing sweep fashion.

For those who have followed Charles Barkley's playoff predictions, the NBA icon has been rooting for the Blazers since their inclusion in the bubble games. He pointed out before that if the Blazers make the playoffs, then they will beat the Lakers — a team that has been heavily favored to win the title this year.

Whether or not Barkley's prediction comes true is a matter of wait-and-see. But the Trail Blazers sure made a statement. Game 2 will be on Thursday.
