Giannis Antetokounmpo and Blake Griffin had a contentious tete-a-tete during the second quarter of Wednesday's game between the Milwaukee Bucks and Detroit Pistons. During the third quarter, the enmity was out in the open for all to see and Milwaukee didn't mask their feelings about it one bit.

As Bucks forward Khris Middleton can be seen mouthing, “That's twice,” Griffin has shown little regard for Antetkounmpo as the two face-off for the first time in 2019. (Griffin missed the Nov. 23 encounter between the two teams.)

The two squads are familiar with one another, especially in the wake of last season's first-round sweep by Milwaukee of Detroit. The Bucks have found similar success early in 2019, entering the night with an Eastern Conference-best 18-3 mark, while the Pistons sit on the outside looking in of the early playoff picture at 8-13.
