Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid has already proven this season that he is not afraid to go after the competition while on the basketball court.

On Wednesday, New York Knicks forward Marcus Morris tossed the Sixers big man aside during a rebound attempt in the second quarter, leading to neither man being very pleased with the other afterwards.

There's not a whole lot happening there other than some extended jawing, but after Joel Embiid put Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns in a headlock earlier in the year, the caution to keep the situation under control was overly exercised.

Morris is in the midst of his third consecutive season in the same division as Embiid. Wednesday marks the first meeting of 2019-20 between the Sixers and Knicks, although they'll be getting familiar with one another when they matchup again next Friday at Madison Square Garden.
