Nerlens Noel is currently looking for a new contract in the NBA, but if ever the Philadelphia 76ers want to send feelers his way, tell them to don't bother.

Noel's level of interest towards his former team seems to have waned so much that in a typically curt interview with TMZ, the former Kentucky Wildcat only had one word to say when asked if he ever misses playing in Philly: “Nah.”

The shot-blocking center was also asked of his thoughts about Ben Simmons, to which Noel said that he thinks Simmons is “going to strive and is going to be the best.”

Nerlens Noel spent his first three and a half seasons in the NBA with the 76ers, who traded for him after being selected sixth overall in the 2013 NBA Draft by the New Orleans Pelicans. It wasn't a memorable stint for Noel, though, who got baptized in the pros by playing under a management that had no immediate interest in winning. He was traded in the middle of last season to the Dallas Mavericks in exchange for Justin Anderson, Andrew Bogut, and a future pick.

At present, Noel is one of the best remaining free agents on the market. He's reportedly to have been in talks with Dallas, but the two sides sides are having a hard time seeing each other eye to eye in terms of how much the contract should be.
