Saturday night featured Game 1 of the highly-anticipated series between the Brooklyn Nets and the Milwaukee Bucks. As it turns out, however, Kevin Durant did not appear to be locked in to start the matchup.

Durant came up with a mind-boggling turnover early in the game, which left the former league MVP red-faced (h/t ClutchPoints on Twitter):

We're not sure what KD was thinking here, but it looks like his mind was wandering elsewhere during this particular play. This isn't exactly the type of turnover you'd expect from one of the best players in the game right now — even more so in such a crucial game.

We'll just write this off as a momentary lapse of judgment from the Nets superstar. After all, it did not take long before he got himself going in the game. Not long after, Durant came up with this amazing defensive sequence for the Nets:

No need to worry folks, KD is totally locked in. The bigger issue for the Nets, however, is the hamstring injury of James Harden, who himself was forced to exit just 40 seconds into the game. Harden was reportedly taken to the hospital to get an MRI on the injury, so this could be a huge problem for the Nets.
