Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant is without a doubt one of the top players in the NBA today. This man is admired throughout the basketball world because of what he has brought to the game. It also follows, however, that he also has quite a number of naysayers. Apparently, KD's reach is so immense that he's also got haters all the way in Greece.

Durant was enjoying the EuroLeague quarter-final on Wednesday when the home crowd decided to start booing him mid-game. The Nets star was briefly shown on the broadcast and it prompted Olympiacos supporters to start jeering (h/t BasketNews.com on Twitter):

Durant has gotten used to playing the villain role at this point and all he could do was smile as he took in the not-so-warm welcome from the home fans. KD was in the building supporting his former Nets teammate, Mike James, who happens to be playing for the opposing team, Monaco. This could explain why the Olympiacos fans weren't very happy about seeing KD.

Durant was loving it, though, and the Nets superstar even shared a clip of the insane celebration of Olympiacos fans after they bagged the 94-88 win to book their place in the next round:

Talk about an extremely passionate bunch, right?
