Former Miami Dolphins boss Brian Flores continues to chase the NFL and several teams for the lack of black head coaches being hired in the league. Amid the lawsuits and fight for equality, there have been many supporting him, while others, not so much. On Tuesday morning, iconic rapper Kanye West, also known as Ye, took to Instagram and showed his full support for Flores.

West isn't usually too vocal on things in the sports world, but he is completely behind Flores here. The NFL is in hot water over this whole saga and especially, the Dolphins. Flores claims owner Stephen Ross offered him $100,000 per loss in 2019 in order to tank and get the highest pick possible in the 2020 NFL Draft. The league is currently investigating the matter and if Ross is found guilty, he could lose ownership of the team.

Flores is also planning to take legal action against the Houston Texans, who failed to hire him as their next HC despite being going through several interviews. They did hire Lovie Smith which is a step in the right direction, but Flores believes he was ignored. His coaching career could very well be over, but it's all for a greater purpose.
