Free-agent wide receiver Tyrell Williams is going to be a hot commodity for teams in need of a playmaker ahead of the 2019 season. Williams will likely see a change of scenery considering the Los Angeles Chargers already have plenty of playmakers and can afford to let him find the contract he desires elsewhere.

CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora stated Williams' place on the market this offseason, and he suggests that both the Oakland Raiders and Indianapolis Colts are interested:

Tyrell Williams is the consensus best outside wide receiver on this market, and at just 26 with no warts and strong production and great size and metrics, his time has come. He was stuck behind some studs with the Chargers but will eclipse $12M a year, I reckon, with the Colts and Raiders in strong pursuit.

Williams is coming off a stellar season considering he missed several games due to injury. The four-year receiver had a fantastic sophomore season in which he caught 69 balls for 1,059 receiving yards and brought in seven touchdowns. The Colts are not as desperate for a receiver as Oakland is, but they are on the cusp of being legitimate contenders for the foreseeable future.

The Raiders need all the help they can get, but it's likely Williams will not be the answer to their hopes and prayers going forward. If the Colts can snag Williams and pair him with T.Y. Hilton, the Colts could be an even more lethal offense.
