It is game two for the Baltimore Orioles in Chicago to face the Chicago White Sox. It is time to continue our MLB odds series with an Orioles-White Sox prediction and pick.

In game one of the series, the Orioles hung on to a victory. Andrew Benintendi drove in a run-on-bases bases-loaded walk in the first, but Adley Rutschman tied it up in the third. Benintendi would give the White Sox the lead again, but the Orioles would take off. They scored four in the fourth innings, started by an Anthony Santander home run. The Orioles would add another three runs in the sixth, but the White Sox would start a comeback. They scored four in the ninth, but would not make the comeback. The Orioles won 8-6.

They will play game two of the series on Friday night. The Orioles will be sending Corbin Burnes to the mound in this one. He is 4-2 on the year, with a 2.56 ERA and a 1.04 WHIP. Chris Flexen will be on the mound for the White Sox. He is 2-4 with a 5.48 ERA and a 1.35 WHIP.

The Orioles are ninth in the majors in runs scored, while sitting 15th in batting average, 22nd in on-base percentage, and first in slugging.  Gunnar Henderson has been great this year. He is hitting .269 on the year with a .361 on-base percentage. He has four doubles, four triples, and 16 home runs. This has led to 35 RBIs and 37 runs scored. Henderson has also stolen seven bases. Meanwhile, Jordan Westburg is third on the team in RBIs. He is hitting .275 on the year with a .332 on-base percentage. Westburg has nine doubles, three triples, and seven home runs, helping get him to 29 RBIs. He has also stolen five bases and scored 24 times.

Adley Rutschman is also being highly productive. He is hitting .299 on the year with a .335 on-base percentage. Rutschman has nine home runs this year and 31 RBIs. He has also scored 26 times this year. Rounding out the top bats is Anthony Santander. He is hitting .206 on the year with a .280 on-base percentage. Santander has 11 doubles and eight home runs, leading to 27 RBIs. He has also scored 23 times.

He has nine doubles and three home runs, leading to 16 RBIs. He has also scored 12 times. Benintendi also has 17 RBIs this year, but he is hitting just .187. Benintendi has a .218 on-base percentage with five doubles and three home runs. This has led to 17 RBIs and 11 runs scored.

Meanwhile, Paul DeJong leads the team in scoring this year. He is hitting .237 on the year with a .291 on-base percentage. DeJong has seven doubles and seven home runs this year, leading to just 15 RBIs. He has scored 19 times in the season though.

The White Sox are 28th in team ERA while sitting 27th in WHIP and 19th in opponent batting average. The White Sox will send Erick Fedde on the mound for the White Sox in this one. While Erick Fedde has had some solid outings, and the Orioles have struggled as of late, being swept by the Cardinals, the Orioles are the better team. They have a great pitching staff and will be able to score runs with ease. Dean Kremer will be able to shut down the White Sox offense and get the win in this one.
