While the Green Bay Packers may have gotten good news about Aaron Rodgers knee, as Clutch Points recently noted, there is another key player that is struggling this week.

According to the Packers' official injury report, star wide receiver Davante Adams has been listed as questionable heading into the teams Week 5 matchup with the Detroit Lions.

Aaron Nagler of Cheesehead TV chipped in with the fact that the Packers are also going to be without wide receiver Randall Cobb this week and No. 3 receiver Geronimo Allison is dealing with a concussion. Things aren't looking good for Rodgers' targets.

Green Bay will need Adams this week against the Lions. While they may not be a top contender in the NFC, the Packers need to take care of business against the NFC North. Detroit will come as ready as possible for this game, especially due to the rivalry aspect of it.

Throughout the first four weeks of the season, Adams has been Rodgers' go-to guy. He has caught 28 passes for 285 yards and three touchdowns.

Hopefully, Adams will be able to progress well over the next day and a half. Getting ready for Sunday's game isn't going to be easy, especially for a receiver with a calf injury, but Adams is a tough player and will do everything in his power to be on the field for his team.

If Adams is unable to play, the Packers are going to be dangerously thin at wide receiver. Allison is dealing with the concussion and may miss the game, which means that the Packers would be stuck with Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Trevor Davis, and J'Mon Moore as their top targets.

Expect to hear more news about Adams on Saturday. Green Bay needs their star receiver on the field, but at this point, things look a bit murky.
