Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams is coming off of an incredible season, and one of the most impressive things about his 2018 campaign was how good he was on third downs.

According to Pro Football Focus, Adams led the NFL with 484 receiving yards on third downs and also had the most catches on third-and-seven or longer with nine.

In addition, Adams paced the league in yards per catch on third downs, racking up 17.9 yards per reception in those situations. And one more thing: Aaron Rodgers had a passer rating of 122.1 when throwing to Adams on third downs, completing 27 passes to the wide out, seven of them resulting in gains of 25 yards or more.

On the season overall, Adams hauled in 111 receptions for 1,386 yards and 13 touchdowns en route to a Pro Bowl appearance.

The 26-year-old, who played his collegiate football at Fresno State University, was originally selected by the Packers in the second round (53rd pick overall) of the 2014 NFL Draft.

He played in all 16 games during his rookie campaign, catching 38 passes for 446 yards and three scores.
