The Green Bay Packers face a daunting test to make the postseason. Fortunately, it appears their receiving corps could be intact with Randall Cobb and Jake Kumerow in the mix.

The Packers have been severely undermanned as of late. According to Josh Tolentino of The Athletic, both Cobb and Kumerow were spotted at practice on Wednesday:

Both WR Randall Cobb and WR Jake Kumerow participated in all drills during open portion of practice.

This is certainly an encouraging update for Green Bay. It is no secret that their receiving corps has been bitten by the injury bug this season. Although their limited participation does not guarantee their status for Week 13, it is safe to assume that it is a possibility.

Rodgers will be happy to have Cobb back. Aside from wide receiver Davante Adams, the veteran is perhaps his most reliable wideout. Unfortunately, the Packers have already become accustomed to playing without him after he missed six games this season with a hamstring issue. Regardless, there is no question that Rodgers would welcome the prospect of Cobb's return.

Meanwhile, Kumerow could be in line to make his NFL debut. The undrafted free agent had been placed on injured reserve prior to the 2018 campaign. He may have a chance to make the 53-man roster now that wide receiver Trevor Davis is inactive with a hamstring injury.

There is no question that Green Bay's season has been utterly disappointing thus far. At the very least, they will have an opportunity to see which of their young wideouts can step up down the final stretch of the season.
