New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady seems to be “absolutely fired up” for the Super Bowl. Especially since Los Angeles Rams cornerback Nickell Robey-Coleman went on the record to mention Brady's age backhandedly.

Coleman told Bleacher Report:

“Age has definitely taken a toll. For him to still be doing it, that’s a great compliment for him. But I think that he’s definitely not the same quarterback he was. Movement. Speed. Velocity. Arm strength. He still can sling it, but he’s not slinging it as much. Whatever he was doing — because of his age and all that — he’s not doing as much of that anymore. He’s still doing the same things; he’s just not doing as much of it. And sometimes, it’s not the sharpest. But it still gets done.”

This quote was very offensive to Brady and he's now using it to fire himself up for the upcoming Super Bowl contest. Coleman has a history of saying controversial and confrontational things, and this is just the cherry on top.

Brady and the Patriots are completely focused on their Sunday night matchup against the Rams. The 41-year-old quarterback is heading into his ninth Super Bowl appearance, the most out of any quarterback ever. He is currently 5-3 and plans on bringing yet another championship back home to Foxboro.

The Super Bowl will be held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, home to the Atlanta Falcons.

During the 2018 season for the Patriots, Brady threw for 4,355 yards with 29 touchdowns and only 11 interceptions. He led the team to an 11-5 record, winning the AFC East Division. They’ve easily gone through the playoffs.
