Tom Brady has been able to play into his 40s with the New England Patriots and is known to have a strict diet. After a year of being retired from football, Rob Gronkowski revealed the ‘strangest' thing he's ever seen Brady eat.

When asked what the most interesting food item that he's seen Tom Brady consume, Rob Gronkowski answered with avocado ice cream.

After initially being weirded out by the ice cream, Rob Gronkowski actually became a fan of it after trying it himself.

“I would definitely say that was strange, but then I had it and then I didn’t think it was strange anymore. It’s pretty good,” he told US Magazine. “You can’t judge until you try it!”

Last offseason, Rob Gronkowski retired from the NFL after spending nine seasons with the Patriots. During his career, he hauled in 521 passes for 7,861 yards and 79 touchdowns from Brady. Unfortunately, injuries caused the All-Pro tight end to walk away from the game before turning 30-years-old.

On the other hand, it seems as if Brady is going to play until he is 50-years-old. Over the years, it has been well-documented that the future Hall-of-Famer takes a detailed approach to his health.

From having a rigorous diet to doing fascinating workouts with his personal trainer Alex Guerrero, Tom Brady continues to be in phenomenal shape.

Some people may reward themselves after a workout by devouring a container of caramel-ripple ice cream. Tom Brady is proving that he isn't human by resorting to avocado ice cream instead of other options. Rob Gronkowski would know.
