Bradon Ingram of the New Orleans Pelicans managed to score despite being hit by two Phoenix Suns defenders en route to an and-one opportunity.

At that point in the game, Ingram had scored the last seven points for the Pelicans.

All in all, Ingram dropped 28 points — 15 of which came in the critical fourth quarter. This marks their third straight win as they now hold a 6-9 record in the young 2019-20 season.

So far, Ingram is averaging 25.4 points — leading the Pelicans — along with 7.3 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game. Analysts believe that this will be the breakout year for the former second overall draft pick in 2016. He is one of the contenders for the Most Improved Player of the Year so far.
