RR vs LSG, Brabourne Stadium. Neither of the teams would want to make any mistake and lose this crucial game. The losing side will be facing complex mid-table calculations of points and net run rate. Rajasthan Royals is struggling without Shimron Hetmyer. RR has lost three of the last five games. Lucknow Super Giants are still trying to figure out the middle order combination, but they are winning the games.

The absence of Hetmyer is causing a shortage of at least 20-30 runs in the totals of RR. Also, Dussen or Parag is not as good finishers as Hetmyer. On the bright side, Ravi Ashwin has emerged as a floating all-rounder and smashed an excellent half-century in the last game. On top of that, Jaiswal has finally found his form back.

If RR bats first tonight, expect a huge sum of a total. The reason behind this is the matchups. Even top form bowlers of LSG have struggled against batters of RR. Buttler, Jaiswal, and Padikkal will be the key contributors to this run-fest.

Neither of the teams would be making any changes in the playing 11 unless there were unavoidable circumstances. Also, there is no reason for either RR or LSG to replace the current playing 11 from the previous game.

It will be better for RR if Boult does not bowl in the death overs. He has an economy rate of 14.28 in this season of IPL. It would be better if Samson uses his four-over quota in the first ten overs.

H2H Player Stats:

Many ducks for KL Rahul in the IPL 2022. But he always came back with a big inning in the reply of a duck. Both the venue and head-to-head stats favor Rahul, and we can expect a big inning from him tonight.
