For the first time in his NFL career, Antonio Brown is playing for a team other than the Pittsburgh Steelers, as he is heading into the 2019 campaign as a member of the Oakland Raiders.

That means a new set of players will now get to witness his ridiculous work ethic, and Raiders quarterback Derek Carr is already impressed:

“He's the greatest worker I've ever seen in my life, and I do not throw that around loosely,” Carr said on SiriusXM NFL Radio. “All of our teammates love him. He just gets along with everybody.”

Carr added that he and Brown have spent a lot of time together since Brown was first traded to Oakland back in March:

“Since [Brown was traded to Oakland], we've spent more time together than I remember even spending with a lot of my teammates, and I spend a lot of time with my teammates,” Carr said. “He's at my house, he's coming to my kid's birthday parties, he is coming to throw with me every day whenever I need him. He's flying out whenever I say, ‘Hey man, are you in town?' He'll say, ‘Yes,' and show up the next day.”

Brown missed the first day of Raiders organized team activities, but that was the extent of his absence, as he has since arrived and has been getting work in with Carr. He was also an active participant in Oakland's earlier offseason workouts.

The Raiders acquired Brown from the Steelers in exchange for a third-round draft pick and a fifth-rounder. The 30-year-old wideout is coming off of a 2018 season in which he hauled in 104 receptions for 1,297 yards and 15 touchdowns.
