Now that he's finally away from the Pittsburgh Steelers, Antonio Brown seems to have a new lease on life with the Oakland Raiders as a wide receiver.

And there are a few people who are noticing Brown's change of attitude, too.

Hall of Fame wide receiver Tim Brown, who is best known for his college work with Notre Dame, as well as his time with the Raiders and the Buccaneers (and was, in fact, the first wide receiver in NFL history to win the Heisman Trophy), has noted that Antonio Brown is now “hungry” and ready to prove to people that he wants to play “great football.”

This is certainly a nice switch from the Antonio Brown of yesteryear, who seemed to be more concerned with pulling various stunts to get out of his Steelers contract.

Plenty of reports throughout the year have come out about the wide receiver and his various tomfoolery antics, so to hear that he's interested in being known for his playing than he is for his off-field antics.

But Antonio Brown has, literally, millions of reasons why he should like being a Raider. They signed a three-year, $50 million contract with the wide receiver. Of that $50 million, $30 million is guaranteed.

The Miami native had three years and $38.9 million left on his contract with the Steelers, as part of the four-year, $68M USD extension he signed in 2017.

Reports suggest Brown, who turns 31 in July, has turned his $17 million per year into what amounts to $19.8 million per year in new money.
