After losing Game 2 of the NBA Finals, Toronto Raptors head coach Nick Nurse has only one demand from his team: win a game in Oracle. However, Kawhi Leonard wanted more.

According to Nurse, after he issued the challenge to his players, Leonard uncharacteristically responded with an expletive and called the Raptors to win both games on the road — which initially seemed a tall order given that the Warriors are one of the best home teams during the regular season.

Nonetheless, true to his word, Leonard stepped up big time to propel the Raptors to a 3-1 lead heading to Game 5.

Leonard was sensational in Games 3 and 4, putting up 30 and 36 points respectively to spark the Raptors' back-to-back victories. Remarkably, he recorded a 51.3 percent shooting clip from the field and 46.7 percent from the 3-point territory.

The three-time All-Star filled up the stat sheet in other categories as well, putting up 9.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists 3.0 steals and 1.5 blocks in the two games at Oracle Arena.

Toronto now has a chance to close out the series on their homecourt. The Warriors beat them in Game 2 at Scotiabank Arena, but it should be remembered that they dominated the opening game at home against the Dubs before settling to a 118-109 scoreline.
