James Harden had a NSFW four-letter word to perfectly sum up his offense.

“Offensively, I played like sh*t. Excuse my language.” Harden said after the game (per SportsCenter). “I couldn't make a shot, turning the ball over. Just doing everything that wasn't supposed to happen.”

Harden struggled on Wednesday's offensively but the good thing for him, the Houston Rockets still came up with a huge Game 7 victory against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Harden was clearly unhappy with his poor offensive night but had enough in him to compartmentalize his game and was huge for Houston defensively. He ended up with a huge block on rookie Luguentz Dort who had his wide-open three-point shot blocked by Harden. This was Harden's third block of the evening which ultimately saved the series for the Rockets.

“I just kept sticking with it.” He added. “My teammates gave me confidence throughout the course of games. Defensively, I had to make a play – I tried to close out to him. Dort has been knocking down some shots so I had to get out to him.”

The undrafted Thunder rookie had a career night as he exploded for 30 points, knocking down six of his 12 three-pointers. The 21-year old led the Thunder in scoring and was key in containing Harden all-series long.

But, just like any superstar, Harden shrugged his off-night and stepped up on the defensive end to come up with huge plays for the Rockets defensively. The combination of Robert Covington (21), Eric Gordon (21)and Russel Westbrook (20) carried the load for Houston in this do-or-die game against the Thunder as they combined for 62 of the Rockets' 104 points. Covington had a huge night adding 10 rebounds to his 21-point performance and paired it with three blocks and three steals.

Next up for the Rockets will be LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers in the second round. Look for Harden to bounce back for Game 1 of that series on Friday.
