Following the footsteps of fellow All Star guard Chris Paul who recently “snitched” his way to getting his team an advantage, Houston Rockets star Russell Westbrook pointed out an issue to the officials in their match against the Los Angeles Clippers at the Staples Center on Thursday.

Right at the start of the second half, Westbrook complained that the rim was not regulation leveled and had the game stopped so that game officials could have a closer look.

In-game commentator Chris Webber noted that such could be the case since half time show performers usually mess around with trampoline dunks and could have compromised the rim. But after a standard measurement by an official who used a stepladder, it appeared that the rim was in perfect condition and the play resumed soon after.

Prior to the match, the Clips are currently in second in the crowded Western Conference with a 21-8 record while the Rockets are tied with the Dallas Mavericks for fourth place at 18-9.
