Things got a little bit testy on Monday night as the New Orleans Saints took on the Miami Dolphins. Saints running back Alvin Kamara got into a bit of a skirmish with Saints defensive lineman Christian Wilkins which resulted in a 15-yard penalty for New Orleans. Interestingly, it was all because of a stolen towel.

Yes, you read that right. Kamara ended up shoving Wilkins from behind after the latter decided to snatch away the Saints star's towel. Here's how things unfolded between the pair:

As you can see in the clip, it appears that it was Kamara who started the in-game beef when he shoved Wilkins after a play. The Dolphins DL did not appreciate the extra action from Kamara so he decided to mischievously snatch away Kamara's towel as he was walking away. Kamara took exception to the disrespect and he delivered a strong shove towards Wilkins' helmet.

Thankfully, things no longer escalated from that point as cooler heads prevailed. In the end, though, it seems like it was Wilkins who came out on top with Kamara and the Saints being assessed a penalty for the RB's actions.

The Dolphins emerged with the victory in this one 20-3.
