New Orleans Saints wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders has made a catch worth $500,000, and he knew it.

After catching his eighth pass of the game against the Carolina Panthers, which gave him a $500,000 incentive bonus, the 11th year pro celebrated his milestone (and extra cash) in style.

Emmanuel Sanders is in his first season in New Orleans and has already endeared himself to the organization and the team. Head coach Sean Payton made sure to get Sanders the ball in order to get him the bonus, which the wideout reciprocated with a pat on the back on the sidelines.

Sanders has already won a Super Bowl with the Denver Broncos, and he is looking to win another one in New Orleans. He signed a two-year, $16 million contract with the Saints in April.

The Saints are his fourth team in his career after finishing up the 2019-2020 season with the Super Bowl runner-up San Francisco 49ers.

Mike Golic Jr. tweeted his excitement of the moment and how it was handled.

He also expressed appreciation for Sanders' teammates, who celebrated his bonus with him.

This is one of the reasons the Saints have been a successful organization for a long time: the players know that they are there for a larger cause than themselves, and management understands that the players need to be paid and cared for if they want to win games.
