If you're a New Orleans Saints fan, you might want to get a box of tissue.

Legendary quarterback Drew Brees was back on the field on Thursday night, as he was honored by the Saints during halftime. Brees, who retired last season after a 20-year career, got nostalgic at The Caesars Superdome and led the famous “Who Dat?” chant for the last time.

We're not crying. You're crying.

Unfortunately for Saints fans, that was the lone highlight of the evening. The squad got walloped by the Buffalo Bills, 31-6. It wasn't exactly the ideal Thanksgiving Day.

The Saints have been on a downward spiral since quarterback Jameis Winston, who took over Brees, went out for the season due to a knee injury. Trevor Siemian has been tapped to steer the squad but they have yet to win with him as a starter.

The injuries to running back Alvin Kamara and wide receiver Michael Thomas don't help at all, leaving the team, which dropped to 5-6, scrambling for more firepower at this stage of the season. Linebacker Kaden Ellis and cornerback Paulson Adebo also suffered injuries against the Bills.

The Saints will try to dust off the embarrassment and go all “Who Dat?” on the Dallas Cowboys next Thursday.
