New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees tossed a lob pass to a waiting Tre'Quan Smith in the back of the end zone, who deftly tapped his toe inbounds as he reeled in the impressive catch versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Not only did the score give the Saints an early lead in Sunday night's matchup of the NFC South division rivals, the score also tied Brees with Tom Brady for first in NFL history in passing touchdowns with 561. Already a highly anticipated matchup because of the early season success of both teams, the game is also notable because it features two players at the top of almost every statistical category for quarterbacks. Not only are the two now tied in passing touchdowns, they represent the top two play callers in passing attempts, completions, yards and wins.

The receiving touchdown was Smith's third of the season for the Saints, and 13th of his career, as the former UCF product continues his pace for what would be a career year.
