Russell Wilson's future with the Seattle Seahawks has never felt more uncertain. His 10-year run as their franchise quarterback may be coming to an end, as he has been frequently featured in trade rumors amid a pitiful season.

Wilson alluded to his time in Seattle being up. He added that he wants to remain with the franchise but added that he still has lots left in the tank. Per Josh Alper of ProFootballTalk:

“I know for me personally, I hope it’s not my last game. But at the same time, I know it won’t be my last game in the NFL. I’m just focused on today and getting better today. That’s my goal. I love this city and I love this moment. I love these guys and we gotta make sure we get better today. That’s all that matters,” Wilson said.

Ever since the Seahawks took him in the third round of the 2012 draft, Wilson has been the team's leader and one of the very best players in the team's history. He helped lead them to the franchise's first Super Bowl victory and nine consecutive winning seasons.

Earlier this month, it was reported that Wilson would waive his no-trade clause for a few select teams. The Seahawks are 5-10 and will finish last in the NFC West for the first time since 1996. They may be in need of a major rebuild, which could impact the ability of Wilson, who is 33 years old, to compete for titles.

Wilson said he wants to win three more Super Bowls before he retires from football. Whether he will pursue those titles with the Seahawks remains to be seen.
