After a hot 5-0 streak to start the 2020 NFL season, the Seattle Seahawks came crashing back to earth with a 6-3 record through Week 10 proceedings. The team's skid was largely due in part to quarterback Russell Wilson's recent struggles under center.

Via Brady Henderson of ESPN:

“You may slip and fall a little bit,” Wilson said. “You've got to just keep climbing. I think Vince Lombardi said something about that one time. I think he talked about the man who's on top of the mountain didn't just get there. It's so true. I think that as a team, there's always challenges … The guys that can keep getting up and keep swinging, those are the players and those are the teams that keep overcoming. What I do know about myself is I'm an overcomer. I've been doubted before. One thing about me is I'm going to keep swinging.”

The seven-time Pro Bowler hasn't been his usual self as of late as he tallied 10 turnovers in a span of four games since Week 7, his most in that stretch since he entered the league in 2012. According to ESPN Stats & Information research, Russell Wilson's 13 turnovers are his most through the first 10 games of any season in his career. Wilson has also been overtaken by Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes as the favorite to win the MVP this season.

They continued their slump in their most recent matchup as they lost on a 23-16 outcome to division rival Los Angeles Rams where Wilson threw two picks and was sacked six times all throughout the game. The Seahawks, Rams, and the Arizona Cardinals now find themselves with an identical 6-3 record to figure in a three-way tie within the competitive NFC West division.

Russell Wilson and the rest of the Seahawks will aim to pick up the slack as they go up against the Cardinals in Week 11 to snag a much-needed win and gain momentum heading into the latter stages of the season.
