Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin gave reporters little to chew on with regards to any plans of the Steelers to reorganize their coaching staff.

Speaking in front of the media during Tuesday’s press conference, Tomlin expressed his disinterest in discussing the topic, per Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk.

Tomlin told reporters regarding his staff, “I don’t know where these roads are going to lead,” and Tomlin made it clear that he’s not ready to address the situation “at this point.”

With the Steelers out of the Super Bowl race, no thanks to a heart-wrenching 45-42 loss at home in the Divisional Round against the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Steelers are now left pondering on their immediate future, particularly about the makeup of their coaching team. Pittsburgh offensive coordinator Todd Haley is rumored to be on his way out with him and the Steelers yet to sign an extension deal as of this writing; Haley’s contract will expire at the end of this season.

There is a precedent to that happening, too, as the Steelers sent former offensive coordinator Bruce Arians into “retirement” six years ago after Arians’ contract reached its limit.

The Steelers finished the 2017 season eight in scoring offense with 25.4 points per game and third in total offense with 377.9 yards each contest. The Steelers will still have quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and wide receiver Antonio Brown for next season, while running back Le’Veon Bell is expected to be franchise tagged by the team, guaranteeing Pittsburgh at least another year of production from their Big Three.

The question remains, however, as to who exactly will manage these talents next season along with Mike Tomlin.
