The Pittsburgh Steelers’ injury list has continued to pile up, as now wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster has been ruled for the remainder of the team's home matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals due to a rib injury.

Smith-Schuster had a quality outing during his time on the field, as he was targeted four times by quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and hauled in three receptions for 25 receiving yards.

However, the fifth-year wideout did take on a hard hit during the game. He was subsequently checked on by Pittsburgh's medical staff on the sideline and now, the team has opted for the more conservative approach by ruling him out for the rest of the game.

The Steelers already came into this matchup with multiple notable injury concerns, as the likes of T.J. Watt (groin) and Diontae Johnson (knee) were listed as out.

In the big picture, there are currently plenty of question marks with Pittsburgh, especially as the offense is currently on the verge of a third straight game with less than 20-plus points scored. The Steelers did score 23 points in their season opener against the Buffalo Bills, although seven points came from their special teams unit, with the blocked punt returned for a touchdown in the fourth quarter of the game.
