Stray Guides: All Memories Location Guide

Here is a list of all of the memories you can find in Stray. Completing all of the Memories will unlock the “I Remember” Achievement, and will also unlock a cool new gift from B-12 to the cat. More importantly, these memories contribute to the lore-building and tell the deeper story of Stray. All of the memories labeled as MAIN are obtained automatically as you progress through the game.

Chapter 3: The Flat

  1. MAIN. Just outside of the Scientist's Flat after saving B-12, take the bucket ride down the zipline. Approach the wall mural to activate a cutscene.

Chapter 4: The Slums

  1. In front of the vending machine to the left of the city center. To the alley behind Morusque. Hop on top of the air-conditioning units and find a mural on top.
  2. Find a wall graffiti down the street from Super Sprint Laundry, beside a vending machine.
  3. “Old Relic” sold by Azooz for 3 Energy Drink Cans.
  4. A bowl of soup on a table at the bar's second floor, near the window.
  5. The Grow in the Dark Plant in Eliott's Electronics, on the second floor.
  6. The poster in Momo's Bedroom, depicting the game “Back Home 2.”
  7. From Zbaltzar's room, take the bucket zipline. Find a small box-shaped room, and jump to its roof. You'll find a dead robot looking at the stars.

Chapter 5: Rooftops

  1. After passing through the Zurks, and before entering the tall building, find a neon light sign.
  2. Inside the infested building, on the second floor. Before hacking the screen door, head straight to find a Neco Corp. Signage.
  3. MAIN. After installing the transceiver on the radio tower.

Chapter 7: Dead End

  1. As you enter Dead End alone without Seamus, head to the left to find some shutters at the end of the street.
  2. After the chase, go up the pipes, then down the corridor, past a gap on the fence, find a dead robot.
  3. Mannequin found in Doc's house.

Chapter 8: The Sewers

  1. After leaving Momo behind, proceed and hop up the bridge. Turn left and fight off the Zurks. Turn left again to find a pipe hole on the wall. Jump into the pipe, and at the end of this pipe B-12 will reminisce a memory.
  2. Oast the tunnels with creepy eyes, go down the pipes to the left, then jump up the drums and into the pipe entrance. Look down the hole to recall a memory.

Chapter 9: Antvillage

  1. MAIN. As you enter Antvillage and as you walk across the bridge, B-12 will remember a very important memory.
  2. Find a graffiti on the wall nearby a ladder near the Mahjong players, beside a couch.

Chapter 10: Midtown

  1. MAIN. After finding the train in the entrance of Midtown, B-12 will recall a memory.
  2. On the second floor of the train station, hop on a bookshelf beside the cross-seated robot.
  3. Along Shop Street, turn to the first side street to the right. Hump on the orange neon sign, then on top of an aircon, then on the pipe against the wall. Walk towards the screen showing a mugshot of Clementine. Walk across the plank, traverse through the air-cons, and hop further up. Find a pile of pillows to recall a memory.
  4. Above the food shop near the city center, through some cracks on the ceiling.
  5. Above the barbershop near the city center, through a small gap on the ceiling.
  6. After stealing the Atomic Battery, inside the police station, the portrait of a drone on the wall.
  7. After stealing the Atomic Battery, inside the nightclub, ride the servant's elevator on the counter table behind the bartender robot. Find the memory on the stool in the middle of the basement.

Chapter 11: Jail

  1. After saving B-12, distract the first drone you come across and trap it inside the room. Find a robot leaning against a dumpster on the courtyard.

Chapter 12: Control Room

  1. MAIN. Enter the Control Room.

Finding the Memories will give you a better grasp and understanding of how the world of Stray works. Hopefully, aside from the achievements, you'd also find it fun to learn more about the lore behind the game. BlueTwelve Studios did a great job in their world-building, so it'd be a waste not to indulge yourself with some storytelling.
