Devin Booker has officially signed his max contract extension with the Phoenix Suns, and he sure looks excited and ecstatic to get it done.

On Twitter, Booker made everyone know that he'll be a Sun for the foreseeable future after putting pen to paper his $214 million extension with the Suns. It is a four-year deal that will pay him over $60 million in the final season of the contract.

Devin Booker has established himself as one of the best young scorers in the NBA, helping propel the Suns to be a powerhouse team in the West alongside Chris Paul.

While the Suns have yet to win an NBA title despite coming close in 2020-21 and topping the West the following year, there is no doubt that Booker has earned every bit of his contract with the Arizona-based franchise.

Now that there is no longer any question about his future, though, he can finally focus on getting over that final hurdle separating the Suns and the Larry O'Brien trophy.

For what it's worth, general manager James Jones expressed his confidence that Booker will be able to live up to his contract, emphasizing that the 25-year-old scorer can still reach a higher level.

“Devin, with his work ethic and commitment to excellence, has established himself as one of the league’s best players, elevating himself and our organization. We are beyond excited to extend the mutual commitment between Book, the Suns and the Phoenix community. He is just getting started,” Jones said, per the team's website.
