Super Bowl 55 didn't live up to expectations like many thought it would, but perhaps it will be remembered for the streaking in the fourth quarter of the game.

With the game basically over late in the fourth quarter and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers up by 22, a streaker ran onto the field and the game had to be paused while stadium security sorted out the situation.

The Kansas City Chiefs were facing a long second down, and went to the sidelines for a bit for a free timeout, although it eventually led to nothing as they gave the ball back to Tampa Bay.

The Buccaneers dominated for essentially the whole game as Tom Brady finished with his 7th Lombardi Trophy and first as a member of the Bucs.

Mahomes and the Chiefs struggled big-time against the dangerous Bucs defense, and the internet was full of memes and posts about the streaker who stole the show late in the game.

Unfortunately for Mahomes and the Chiefs,  their attempt to be the first team to repeat as champions since Brady's New England Patriots in 2004-05 was put to rest, thanks to Brady and the defense.

The matchup between two of the best quarterbacks was supposed to be the passing of the torch, but the streaker might have been the most eventful second half action in Super Bowl 55.
