Two days after the Baltimore Ravens defeated the Washington Football Team, 31-17, Ravens rookie running back J.K. Dobbins shared the jersey he received from his former Ohio State Buckeyes teammate, Washington wide receiver Terry McLaurin.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, post-game jersey swaps are being conducted a little bit differently in the 2020 season.

Instead of exchanging uniforms on the field in the moments after the game, players must ship their game-worn jersey to each other.

McLaurin sent his Washington uniform with a special note for the 21-year old tailback, who was drafted in the second round of the 2020 draft.

“My brother JK – So happy for you bro! Since Day 1 you've had what it takes to be great. Keep praying & working & the sky is the limit I got your back always! Don't let up!” McLaurin wrote, along with a signature.

Dobbins posted a picture of the jersey and heartfelt note on his Instagram story, and called McLaurin “My brother for life.”

McLaurin and Dobbins starred together at Ohio State during the 2017 and 2018 seasons, alongside Washington QB Dwayne Haskins.

McLaurin, a 2019 third-round pick, had 58 catches in his first NFL season for 919 yards — seven shy of the franchise's rookie record — and seven touchdowns. He's continued to impress in his sophomore campaign, as he ranks fifth in the NFL in receiving yards (387) through four games. He led all receivers in last Sunday's matchup with 10 receptions for 118 yards.

J.K. Dobbins had five carries for 16 yards in Week 4 as he competes for touches in Baltimore's high-powered rushing attack. He has 15 carries for 92 yards and two TDs in his professional career to this point.
