Khamzat Chimaev has every UFC fan excited with the way he dominantly entered the promotion. The welterweight has been ‘smeshing' everyone so far and plans to continue that when he faces Gilbert Burns. He believes he's had a better start in the UFC than Jon Jones did.

Many people see Jon Jones as the Greatest of all time and he started off his UFC career in a very exciting fashion too. Khamzat Chimaev has many fans frustrated with his competition so far but he reminds everyone that even Jones fought some lesser names.

“Who (went) in the cage: 10 fights, 10 finishes?” Chimaev said on Block Access’ “Smesh Bros” VLOG (h/t The Mac Life). “The guys tell like, ‘Oh, he didn’t fight this guy, he didn’t fight that guy.’ But the guys who’s the best guys – Jon Jones: His first four fights in UFC, he get the punch. I didn’t get the punch. We don’t say: (Jones’) first fights, he didn’t get the best ones – the guys, you know, like, super good guys. Nobody. Conor (McGregor) didn’t get that – crazy good guys in his first fights. Nobody. Khabib (Nurmagomedov) didn’t get crazy good guys. I just need the time.”

Khamzat Chimaev will face a big test when he takes on Gilbert Burns at UFC 273 in April. The fight is expected to serve as a big test and will help determine if he will fight for the title. The bout will be a test of his pressure and wrestling against Burn's jiu-jitsu and power.
