Minnesota Vikings star wide receiver Justin Jefferson went to work on Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers, grabbing nine catches for an impressive 143 yards. In the process, he reached a pretty remarkable feat that only Odell Beckham Jr has done. Via NFL on CBS:

Talk about effectiveness. Posting 100+ yards that many times in your first two NFL seasons is absolutely wild and the Vikings will be very pleased they have Jefferson wreaking havoc for them offensively. In fact, the former LSU star is sixth in the NFL with a mind-boggling 775 yards receiving in 2021 to go along with four touchdowns. Sunday was the third time this season that Jefferson collected more than 100 yards receiving. Pretty coincidental that it's two ex-Tigers who are the only ones to pull this off. The Vikings just pulled out a 27-20 win over the Chargers thanks to a solid performance from quarterback Kirk Cousins, who connected with Ty Conklin and Dalvin Cook for passing TDs. But, that wouldn't have been possible if Jefferson didn't show out and light up LA's defense.

The Vikings are now 4-5 on the season ahead of a tough matchup with Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers in Week 11. They will need another big game from Jefferson in order to pull off the upset over their division rivals on home turf.
