The Minnesota Vikings will finish off the 2017 NFL season having already clinched the #2 seed in the NFC playoffs. As a result, the Vikings can begin preparations to get their team as healthy as possible for whoever they meet in the second-round of the playoffs.

Now it seems they will have a familiar face returning to the practice field soon. According to Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press, head coach Mike Zimmer expects quarterback Sam Bradford to practice next week:

With Bradford's positive status on his knee, the Vikings suddenly have quite the quarterback situation on their hands. That said, starting quarterback Case Keenum has done everything Minnesota has asked of him and more.

Meanwhile, the Vikings recently welcomed back their former starter at quarterback in Teddy Bridgewater during the fourth quarter of their dominant victory over the Cincinnati Bengals two weeks ago. As a result, it remains to be seen whether or not the Vikings have interest in activating Bradford off IR.

In a period where the majority of teams in the league are looking for a potential starting quarterback, it seems Minnesota now has three on their current roster. However, given their success this year, it seems Zimmer is confident with Keenum at the helm moving forward.
