Team USA is preparing for the Tokyo Olympics and are going to do everything they possibly can to walk away with the gold medal. With all the talent on the roster, it shouldn't be too difficult, although they lost a pair of exhibition games in Las Vegas. Golden State Warriors head coach is an assistant on Gregg Popovich's staff for Team USA.

Kerr also has Draymond Green and former Warriors star Kevin Durant back together, and the reunion of the three has brought about some good vibes as they aim for another title– this time a USA medal. (h/t ABC7 News)

“It's been great for us to be together again and to watch Kevin and practice, and Draymond has been tremendous.”

The talented group of Durant, Green, Stephen Curry, and Klay Thompson will go down in history as one of the greatest teams ever assembled, and rightfully so, after finishing an NBA season with a 73-9 record.

Surprisingly, Kerr also mentioned that Draymond Green has been the leader of Team USA.

“He is our leader. He's the guy who's talking to everybody in the huddle during the timeouts, he's the one bringing everybody in.”

Maybe that isn't a surprise, but with the number of high-profile stars, Green has stepped up and taken charge as this team fights for a gold medal. After dropping two games, the Warriors head coach also mentioned how they were “gaining momentum.”

The Olympics start on July 23.
