The Golden State Warriors will only have one off day to prepare for the Houston Rockets, but head coach Steve Kerr isn't concerned about his team having a lack of energy on Sunday in Game 1.

The Warriors needed six games to defeat the Los Angeles Clippers in the first round. The Rockets, meanwhile, have been off since April 25. They will come into Game 1 against the Warriors with three days off.

The Warriors are happy they defeated the Clippers, but are probably kicking themselves for blowing that 31-point lead at home in Game 2.

Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson both sprained their ankles in Game 6 against the Clippers. The two sharpshooters are listed as questionable for Game 1 versus the Rockets.

If Golden State had swept the Clippers or won in five games, Curry and Thompson wouldn't have sprained their ankles. A case can be made, though, that the Warriors will be in a better rhythm than the Rockets since they just played a game. Houston could be rusty.

The Warriors went 1-3 against the Rockets during the regular season. James Harden averaged 33.3 points in the three games he played in. The Warriors are hoping Thompson can play in Game 1 so that they can put him on Harden.
