Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green is a must-watch basketball player. That’s not just because he’s arguably the most versatile player in the NBA today, but also because he is one of the most colorful individuals in the league – and we got another glimpse of that Saturday night, as the do-it-all forward picked up yet another technical foul.

In the second quarter of a heated matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Green tried to block Thunder forward Jerami Grant’s shot at the rim and got called for a foul. That did not stop Green from going ballistic, though, as he turned to the boisterous crowd at Oracle Arena and tried to hype Warriors fans up. Unfortunately for Green, he was assessed with a technical foul by a referee, who probably thought that Green’s outburst was directed at him.

Getting tagged with a technical foul, however, has become a regular occurrence for Green this season. In fact, the former Michigan State Spartan entered the Thunder game leading the NBA in technical fouls with 14. Green’s teammate, Kevin Durant, meanwhile, is fourth in the league with 11 technical fouls.

Technical #15 for Draymond Green arguing that foul call. He's now 1 away from an automatic suspension.

Draymond Green’s teammate, Kevin Durant, meanwhile, is fourth in the league with 11 technical fouls.

So far this season, Green is averaging 11.4 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 7.3 assists per game.
