Draymond Green has probably made a good number of grown men cry — in different ways — over the years. And when asked by The Athletic’s Anthony Slater what Green's favorite fan interaction moment from the Golden State Warriors’ trip to China thus far was, his answer was when he reduced one to tears.

Of course, Draymond Green actually didn’t do anything negative to that fan that made him react that way. Instead, the fan broke down merely after getting the Warriors big man’s autograph.

Green went on to explain that the fan’s tears caught him off-guard and that he didn't expect to see how he meant to someone and how he could impact someone's life so much. He said it was something he had taken for granted, and that he appreciates the love and support.

Thanks to all the success Draymond Green has enjoyed with the Warriors over the last few years, he and the rest of the team now have a rabid fan following that stretches basically the entire globe. It’s a big reason why the NBA has decided to make them play a preseason game in China.

The Warriors are a historically great team, and it is likely a huge honor for die-hard basketball fans to have the chance to be so near them in person. Although, it is understandably startling to see someone break down in tears in front of you. But at least Green won’t be caught off-guard if such a thing happens to him again.
