The Washington Wizards may be going through some tough times as an organization, but the team's owner Ted Leonsis is still noncommittal when it comes to changes.

Ted Leonsis, the founder and CEO of Monumental Sports & Entertainment (the owners of the Washington Wizards, Washington Capitals, and more), recently took part in an hour-long interview with WTOP-FM, a Washington radio news station.

In it, he was asked whether Ernie Grunfeld will be retained as Wizards president beyond this season. Leonsis, however, avoided answering the question directly and instead said that he'd be happy if they meet their goals — which is to make the playoffs.

Moreover, when asked if possible changes might come to the Wizards, Leonsis was also noncommittal, saying that the team would have to look at the entire organization in an effort to decide what type of changes would occur.

Leonsis, nonetheless, was firm on his stand not to trade his best players, particularly John Wall, Bradley Beal and Otto Porter Jr.

For the Wizards, the team is still surprisingly in the race for a playoff spot despite John Wall already out for the season. In a normally weak Eastern Conference, Washington still has a chance, and for some of the members in the front office, it might be the difference between having a job or looking for new work.
