Week 3 (Week 4 for some leagues) of Fantasy Baseball is set to get underway. Today, we are discussing the top pitcher streamers you need to add on your team for Week 3 success. We will begin by discussing projected two-start pitchers and then close out with a few one-start options.

One thing that needs to be said is that every pitcher on this list will be under 50 percent rostered, per ESPN. So just because Max Scherzer isn't listed on here does not mean he isn't a great two-start option. But streamers are typically players you can pick up off the waiver wire and utilize in your rotation.

Without further ado, let's get right into it!

Week 3 Fantasy Baseball Pitcher Streamers

Fantasy Baseball Top Two-Start Streamer Options

Miles Mikolas, Cardinals, 23% Rostered

Miles Mikolas is scheduled to face the New York Mets at home on Monday and then the Diamondbacks at home on Saturday. The right-hander has compiled a 1.76 ERA on the season and has struck out 12 batters over his past two outings. The matchup against New York is not ideal but the home field advantage will play in Mikolas's favor.

And the scheduled start against the weak-hitting Diamondbacks could lead to a dominant performance.  You can feel confident adding Mikolas this week especially for the home start against Arizona.

Chris Paddack, Twins, 8.6% Rostered

Chris Paddack was once considered a star in the making with the Padres. Now he is on a new team and is nothing more than a fantasy baseball streaming option who is barely even rostered. Nonetheless, he could play a vital role for fantasy baseball teams in week 3 with a home start against Detroit on Tuesday and an away start at the Trop against the Rays on Sunday.

Paddack allowed just 2 earned runs with 4 strikeouts and no walks against the Royals in his last performance. Paddack's average fastball velocity increased from 92 MPH to 94 MPH in the outing against Kansas City as well.

He should fare well in the home outing against Detroit and could be even better in Tampa Bay against the light-hitting Rays. Tampa Bay sprays the ball all over the field but they don't hit a ton of home runs. So Paddack can get away with a few mistakes and might post a decent amount of strikeouts as well.

Nick Pivetta, Red Sox, 26.1% Rostered

Nick Pivetta against the Blue Jays in Toronto! Really?

Pivetta is scheduled to face Toronto on the road on Monday. No, it is not a great start. However, Pivetta has displayed reason for fantasy baseball owners to remain hopeful despite his disastrous beginning to the season. Pivetta's velocity reportedly rose a couple of MPH towards the end of his last outing and his mechanics were in tune as well. Additionally, the best Blue Jays hitters are right-handed, including Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Bo Bichette.

But the main reason I like Pivetta this week is for his scheduled start against the Orioles in Baltimore on Sunday. Baltimore moved their fences back during the offseason which turned Camden Yards into a pitcher-friendly park. And there is the fact that the Orioles are not a very good hitting team.

Rolling with Pivetta is risky on Monday, but he is not the worst two-start option this week.

Fantasy Baseball Top One-Start Streamer Options

Jesus Luzardo, Marlins, 43.6% Rostered

Luzardo's fastball velocity is up this season and he looked dominant with a career high 12 strikeouts in five innings against the Angels to open up his season. However, the left-hander labored through 4.1 innings against St. Louis in his last outing. Nonetheless, Luzardo gets a date with the Mariners next week.

Seattle can hit. However, Luzardo is going to get strikeouts against the M's lineup. If he can work 5 or 6 innings with 6-plus strikeouts and 3 or less earned runs, that is a very successful stream. Go ahead and roll the dice on Luzardo.

Matt Brash, Mariners, 25.2% Rostered

Matt Brash is scheduled to take on the Marlins on Friday next week. The filthy right-hander has been impressive through his first few outings of the season and is worth the flier. You may need to scoop him up quickly because he is scheduled to take on the Royals in Week 2 on Saturday, and one more dominant performance will raise his value immensely. So be sure to pounce on this future star as soon as you can before it is too late.

Tony Gonsolin, Dodgers, 34.9% Rostered

Any Dodgers pitcher has a chance to get a win against the Diamondbacks. But Gonsolin features more than just win potential in his early-week start against Arizona next week.

Through three starts, the right-hander has been excellent. Gonsolin has posted a quality 0.69 ERA with 8 strikeouts. His 7 walks are concerning, but he has successfully danced around trouble. He most recently limited the Braves to just one hit over 6 innings. So there is no reason to believe he can't find success against the Diamondbacks in Arizona on Tuesday. Unfortunately, he is not lined up for a two-start week, but this stream is still worth it.
