The Buffalo Bills are easily one of the best teams in the league right now. They clinched the AFC East away from the New England Patriots last year and aim to do so again. Their roster is stacked beyond belief, as they had one of the best offenses in the league last year, backed up with a sturdy defense.

Josh Allen was in the race for MVP throughout the year, as he finished with 4,544 passing yards, 37 touchdowns, and a 69.2% completion percentage. Everything seemed to click after the front office acquired Stefon Diggs via trade from the Minnesota Vikings.

With the roster already set, Buffalo will be looking to add solid depth to their roster. The team isn't perfect by any means, as they could use a boost in the secondary. However, based on how their team is built, the Bills have the leisure to select who they believe is the best available player at 30th overall. With that said, here are three perfect options for the Buffalo Bills' first-round selection in the 2021 NFL draft.

Greg Newsome II | CB | Northwestern

The Bills have a chance to fill a need in the first round of the draft. Greg Newsome II is one of the better cornerbacks available in the draft. Coming out of Northwestern, he was able to play as the top corner for his defense throughout his collegiate career. Only playing 17 games in college, Newsome II was still able to rack up 71 total tackles, 20 pass deflections, and one interception.

He only was able to play in three games during his final year at Northwestern due to COVID-19 complications. However, he was well on his way to having the best year of his young career. Buffalo would be getting a true cover cornerback in the draft if they choose to take Newsome II 30th overall. He'd have a chance to develop and rotate into the lineup until he's ready for more action by year two, elongating the Bills' chances of staying relevant in the NFL.

Zaven Collins | LB | Tulsa

Zaven Collins is one of the more versatile defensive players in the draft this year. He's capable of lining up inside and playing as an inside linebacker, as well as putting his hand in the dirt to rush the quarterback as a pass rusher. His versatility could be exactly what Buffalo needs to take the next step on defense, as that is what ultimately led to their demise in the playoffs last year. He finished last season with 54 total tackles, four sacks, and four interceptions, taking two of them to the house for touchdowns.

Coming out of Tulsa, Collins is a wrecking ball on the field. He's capable of stopping the run, defending the pass, and reading the defense to make the right play. Matt Milano has done a great job at playing the linebacker position for Buffalo, but Collins has the potential to be a more efficient linebacker for this team. The coaching staff can line him up anywhere and utilize his skillsets however they see fit.

Travis Etienne | RB | Clemson

Drafting Travis Etienne with the 30th overall pick would be the prime example of a luxury pick. Etienne is arguably the best running back available in the draft this year, as he's proven to be consistent during his time at Clemson. He's been the featured back for the Tigers for four years. Etienne finished with career totals of 4,952 rushing yards, 70 rushing touchdowns, 1,155 receiving yards, and eight receiving touchdowns.

The Buffalo Bills already have Devin Singletary and Zack Moss on the roster. However, they've been less than spectacular and Josh Allen has served better as the main running back in Buffalo. To take some pressure off of their star quarterback, the front office would be wise to snag the top running back in the draft class. Etienne's ability as a pass-catcher would surely make him a favorite target for Josh Allen. He'd open up the Bills playbook a bit more as well, as Etienne is a phenomenal athlete that can do it all.
